Mold making

We manufacture molds with the experience of hundreds of molds.

Injection molding

We manufacture 1-, 2- and 3-component products with our Austrian Engel injection molding machines. 

Analyzing

Moldflow-ohjelmistolla varmistamme, että tuotteesta on mahdollista saada juuri vaatimusten mukainen. 

Product desing

We know what is required of plastic products so that a perfect product ends up on production line. As a customer, you can only specify the visual requirements and we take care of the rest!

Mold sourcing

Deep hole drilling

Poraamme Ø10 terällä 800mm syvyyteen yhdestä suunnasta ja 1600mm kahdesta suunnasta. Terävaihtoehdot 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 ja 12mm.

Lankasahaus

Lankasaha mahdollistaa vaikkapa uniikkien hammaspyörien valmistuksen. Lankasahaamme haastavia muotoja pienistä kappaleista suuriin.
